First of all, you have to turn on your computer. As soon as your computer is turned on, you will see Tally Prime on the desktop area. An icon of Tally Prime will appear, you will have to click on it, as soon as you click on it, the interface of Tally Prime will open in front of you.

Now you will get to see the Create Company option in Tally Prime (if this option is not visible then press Alt+F3 and select Create option).
